There are two halves to my life. Before and after kids. Before and after working for someone.
I enjoy racing anything including popsicle sticks in a street gutter. I have two boys and a couple of really fun grandchildren who make me smile every time I see them. 🙂
These days, in addition to hosting my Boomerfresh! “incubator” for neighbors, friends, relatives, and anyone else with some cool ideas, I spend time as a Contributor for Upsolve.org, a non-profit that provides a free self-service software tool for low-income Americans filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy without an attorney.
When I’m not assisting others in financial straits, I am playing my ukelele and writing my book, (working title) “Reunion”.
Reunion is a story about a guy who traditionally produces/directs his high school reunion every decade but falls victim to a Ponzi scheme. As he watches the world around him crumbling, he sets out to visit these classmates across the country before returning as a homeless man with a $38 million judgment hanging over his shoulders.
This is a story of human resiliency and a group of friends rallying to help a fallen comrade.
All the best in 2022!
